We are currently seeking experienced Class A CDL Solo OTR Truck Drivers to join our modern fleet based at our Hatboro, PA terminal. Drivers who live in the Hatboro region and nearby communities are a strong fit for this role. Our long-haul routes are designed to begin and conclude at this location, allowing us to efficiently handle freight moving through this key Northeast market and support manufacturers and shippers across the area who rely on consistent nationwide delivery.
Typical Pay Highlights:
- 30% of line haul OR 65 by the mile + bonuses (the option most solo drivers select).
- Average weekly gross: $1,900 – $2,400 (with peaks reaching $2,700+ when running legal hours).
- You can switch between percentage and miles pay at any time.
- Full-time minimum in 2025 was $104,130 — no full-time driver earned less.
- Top performers reached $145,000 last year.
Pay Details & Realistic Expectations:
All compensation is performance-driven. The majority of our drivers (87% in 2025) prefer the 30% percentage plan because it consistently pays better in current market conditions. Slow season (Q1) typically falls between $1,900–$2,100 per week. Peak seasons (Q2 and Q4) average $2,100–$2,400 with occasional $2,700 weeks. Consistent drivers still earned $115,000–$125,000 in 2025 (some more). This seasonal pattern has remained steady for the past 25 years.
Pay Options:
- Percentage Pay (Best Option for Most Solos) - We offer up to 30% of line haul plus bonuses. Drivers typically run 2,000–2,500 miles in slow season and up to 3,000 miles during busy periods — we deliberately keep miles lower on percentage because it increases earnings while reducing fuel costs and driver fatigue.
- Miles Pay Option - Change anytime. Up to 65 cents per mile plus bonuses based on experience and driving record. Typical miles: 2,500–3,600 per week.
- Team Pay (Miles Only) - Up to 75¢ per mile split. Average $2,000–$2,600 per driver per week. Note: Solo percentage pay remains the stronger choice in today’s market.

If you are motivated, honest, hard-working, and professional, you will earn excellent money and be treated like family. If you plan to sit at truck stops, miss appointments, or take it easy, this is not the right opportunity. We are fair and we pay well, but you have to earn it. This is genuine OTR work — you get out what you put in.
Sound harsh? Good. The truth is rarely easy to hear. The veteran drivers who stepped away after the 2019 ELD mandate are missed daily. Respect to everyone still out there grinding.
