- Assist mechanics with organizing the parts room, stocking shelves, and conducting inventory counts as needed.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections on company service vehicles and report any issues. You will be responsible to report any issues with company vehicles you drive.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, DOT, and company policies while operating vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with mechanics, drivers, dispatch, and vendors.

- Support special projects such as fleet upgrades or emergency part sourcing.
Ideal Requirements & Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required).
- Reliable transportation and a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy parts safely.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or previous experience in auto/truck parts preferred.

What We Offer:
- Competitive entry level weekly pay (based on experience).
- Opportunities for growth within a growing logistics company.
- Opportunities for advancement in vertical positions over time (Diesel Mechanics, Parts Management, Shop Accounting, Class A and B Driving, Dispatching, Safety).
- Team environment with experienced mechanics and drivers.
